A booking may be cancelled before pickup or processing where the courier workflow still permits cancellation.

Refund eligibility

Eligible refunds depend on payment confirmation, service usage, pickup status and any charges already incurred.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take additional banking time to appear.
